Unable to pay

I have been with Comcast even before it existed,it used to be Storer cable some 30 years ago,my bill went up from 144.00 to 205.00 from one day to the other,I went to my closest store in Sunset Dr, and 117 ave,Miami,Fl,and I was told that it was what it was,to call the 800 number, because they could not give a better price, I called the number and they want to sell me an alarm system, I live on a fixed budget I do not get raises, I cant afford you guys now,you grew up to much and dont need the little people anymore,so I will take the boxes and the modern that I have been paying 10 dollars ea during all these years,to your store to cancel our account. Thank you.
