Unable to pay for service without help from a financial form yet my account isnt working to pay

I have been trying to pay for my past due balance due to finacial hardships and personal issues that were un avoidable, No one is willing to help me downgrade my account or make a payment to reactivate my account , yet the team acts like there are no services whatso ever to aid in getting better service and less in a package that is causing me alot of greif i choose to switch to verizon for the phone service i need for home and now i am unable to make a 1200 dollar payment to get the basic buisness accoung network i need trying to get my account straightened out is there any solution??
