Un-Buried Cable

My service continues to be interrupted because of trauma to the line in the backyard. I have over 200 feet of cable running through my yard. I need a DIFFERENT resolution. At this point I have no service (since last night at 845p) and the earliest a.tech will be here is tomorrow. (Even tho last night they promised me a tech would be here today). Being lied to by customer service, and the line still won't be buried....and this will happen over and over.
