Two year triple play contract expired, rates up

Hi. I signed up for triple play two years ago. Now the two years are up, and so are the rates. I would like to get them back down. I'd like to stay with comcast but Verizon are offering $80 which seems awfully tempting when I'm paying 200.


I'm wondering what my options are to get the same rates that are made available to new customers without having to change my provider every two years.

I hear you sister!  Our bill has increased 3 times in three months, and we have had the same service for several years.  We also are looking for a new provider-
