Tv service interruption

Ya, Comcast. Are you going to credit my account for the service interruption im experiencing, which is expected to last till 9:30 am; its currently 12:30 am. By the way, i was just beginning a movie on-demand. Im sure ill be charged but not get to see it. With the outlandish prices you charge this is <Edited. Language>!

Re: Tv service interruption

You can watch the movie for 48 hours after you rent it.

The Forums stick this horrible banner after all my posts automatically. I'm sorry.

Hi, Patzak - Please check our Forums Policy and Guidelines and try to avoid the use of profanity. Otherwise, your posting privileges may be revoked. I can definitely reimburse the movie charge if you didn't get a chance to watch it. Please send me a private message with your name, address, and a phone or account number. Thank you.
