Trying to reschedule an appointment

I have been trying to reschedule an appointment that is supposed to be for tomorrow morning because I just found out that I will not have access to the home I am purchasing until sometime next week.  Whenever I attempt to call the comcast service number I am immediately disconnected after following the prompts to the Appointments option.  I would like to make sure the technition does not show up tomorrow when no one will be at the property.

Sorry for the delay. Were you able to get the appointment rescheduled? If not, shoot me a private message verifying your first and last name, full street address, and the phone number or account number associated with your services.
