I'm simply trying to login to pay my xfinity bill. But I'm being redirected to xfinity wifi on demand. I no longer have you residential services. and only have xfinity mobile.
I'm using a home pc withthats not connected to wifi(and I have a different ISP), but when I try to go into my account it redirects me to wifiondemand.

Trying to log into my account and I'm being redirected to Wifiondemand. I'm on a desktop PC, with no wifi, I also get redirected on my phone, or any PC
Jmorgan88, if you cancelled your residential services, you will not be able to use the My Account app to pay your residential bill. The residential bill can then be paid over the phone or at a Service Center.
Your XFINITY Mobile service will continue on autopay as normal. There is a $10 line access fee for every line that will apply due to cancelling XFINITY internet.
