Trying to get rid of some services

I am a long term Comcast customer. My wife and I are now empty nesters and no longer want/need tv. We would like to keep our internet and phone. I've called twice trying to get this accomplished and I am being told it is impossible. If I want to keep my 105 mbps/download internet plus my phone it will cost me just as much as I'm paying for 260 channels and everything else. I decided to go into the local Comcast office and was told the same thing. Sorry, can't help you. You will have to pay full price for your internet and full price for your phone. If I was a new customer, I could get 60mbps internet and phone for 49.99. I am just so tired of this service.
