Trouble logging into the HBO GO app and website

When I try to login to the HBO GO app and site I keep getting redirected tho the page attached. I’ve tried resetting my password and I’ve been on the phone with customer support 3 times in the past day and they’ve yet to fix it or provide a solution. Does anyone in support know how to fix this issue?

I can help look into the issues you're having with the HBOgo App. I will need to review your account on the backend to see if there is something causing you not to be able to access it. Please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services.
