Transferring Above Ground Comcast Line to Underground

I’ve called Comcast twice and was given a ticket number in regards to having our Comcast line transferred from above ground to underground. We already had our electric transferred.

Is there a direct contact number that I can place this work order through?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi Jdpeck. The team that handles and coordinates these conversions does not have a customer facing phone number. I can assist with checking the status, or requesting a status update on your existing ticket request for this. Please reach out to me via private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
