Transfer service

I have requested transfer service request two weeks ago, every alternative days one new technician coming to the home and saying that cabling not done. this has been continuing for lat two weeks, ZERO progress till today, not sure when they will done this work. There is no co-ordination betee teams . AS IT guys with oout internet connetion i'm not able to do anyting . couldn't join offshaore call and confenrences.

Hello veeru2. I can assist in alerting our local tech ops team gets your home wired for service. I can also request an update for you on any pending work orders/ requests. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
