Tranferring Service to New Address - Need Receipt

Hello,

I currently have Comcast/Xfinity service and am transferring it to a new address. I set up the service start date at the new address, all the services desired, and the service end date at the old address. They gave me dates for service start and service end and a new account # and an order #. I got an e-mail confirming the services. The problem is, I work from home and my employer requires some type of document, i.e. work order, receipt, order confirmation that lists both the cable internet service AND the new address. This wasn't a problem last time (Aug 2017), the e-mail included both. I've spoken to customer service twice now and went in to a local store to try and get an order confirmation with the internet listed and the address, no luck. Please help me!
