Time to leave Comcast?

I have been a loyal Comcast customer for 20+ years and when I called today was informed there are no promotions for existing customers (Only new customers). Each year prices increase and service upgrades are offered with short term discounts, but now they have zero promotions for loyal customers. Can anyone help me? If this is what loyalty gets you I need to take a close look at the Fios offerings.
