The Recent Activity in the My Account mobile app doesn't update

Is there a reason the Recent Activity listings in the My Account mobile app do not update?  The last activity shows a service appointment 6 months ago.

2 days ago, I contacted customer support when there was an outage and received a $20 credit (thank you), but the credit nor call show in Recent Activity.

Yesterday, I contaced customer support when there was another outage.  The rep said he couldn't issue a credit until the issue was fixed.  He gave me a CR# and a reference number and said I would receive a call at 9am today (no call received).  I can't search the number and nothing shows in the Recent Activity list.

Hi Mark_B698 -- The Recent Activity section of the My Account App is designed to show only the following pieces of information:

  • Speed tests run
  • Appointments made
  • Calls made (including reason called, duration, ability to rate the call and other details)
  • Self Installation Kits (SIKs) shipped.

It is not designed to show the other pieces of information you've listed. We currently looking at adding other items to this list.
