Is there a reason the Recent Activity listings in the My Account mobile app do not update? The last activity shows a service appointment 6 months ago.
2 days ago, I contacted customer support when there was an outage and received a $20 credit (thank you), but the credit nor call show in Recent Activity.
Yesterday, I contaced customer support when there was another outage. The rep said he couldn't issue a credit until the issue was fixed. He gave me a CR# and a reference number and said I would receive a call at 9am today (no call received). I can't search the number and nothing shows in the Recent Activity list.

It is not designed to show the other pieces of information you've listed. We currently looking at adding other items to this list.
