You make Billions of Dollars. you pay 3rd world countries Pennies on a Dollar to answer your customer Support calls and you always have outages! Why do you charge us the Highest Service fee's for Lower than Subpar Customer Service and Options?? When you click on the CHAT NOW, you have to fill out information and yet the same Red Line states "Phone number is incorrect" .. You know that there isn't a place to put the phone # because other people have been discussing this on your board for over 2 years!! does this mean that you don't answer chats via the online portal??
When we call, we are Redirected for 15 Minutes! this is ridiculous because you're hoping that we hand up but you make sure that you tack on a late fee or an overage data fee automatically but we're not getting our monies worth from you!
It's appalling and Comcast has to be one of the WORST businesses!
