That's happened to me a couple of times, too. Last one was about a month ago. When I call (you should, too!), I was told that they can "see" I didn't make an order, no changes were made to my account, and that "it's a complicated system" and that "it sends these emails out at random." They also say "I should just ignore it", even though I have written confirmation that changes were made.
So far, nothing has ever come from these "random" emails. Doesn't mean they won't someday. Bottom line, treat it as if it's real and call to get an explanation.
Hi rondeehonda -- I reviewed your account to see about this order. I confirmed that you added a channel package to your account. This would prompt that email to send out. Please let me know if you have any further questions about this channel package that was ordered.
