I am President of a home owners association. One Of the Owners has had a problem with your technician and billing department. The technicians have come 3 times and the TV and land line phone service are still not working. He was billed for their work and nothing was accomplish. We have a contract with your company and the service you provide is poor, if not nothing. I would like the problem solved and the billing department to take away the charges that he acquired for no work. You can contact me at
