A Comcast service tech was suppose to come out and "boost" the line outside so that I  could get reception for TV. It was raining and the tech only put in a small device on my TV connector wire. I told him that I was informed that he would boost reception and also whether he could help install the devices and he didn't want to do it and said he was "going home" and that the service person coming on Saturday could do it. In other words he did nothing but put in a small piece that took all of a minute in my garage and passed the buck.

Great customer service!

Re: Tech

Hi Ian_i, apologize for the confusion, I am showing this tech visit was to install the POE filter and another is scheduled to install the rest of your services.  I will follow up with you after your next visit to make sure everything is working.

Thank you
