New customer who did the self install kit. Signal was not working at all for internet or cable. Called tech support stayed on the phone for an hour testing every outlet in the house for a signal with my modem ounce error code was given. Nothing on my part i stated that it must be an issue outside. Tech was sent I WAS TOLD IF I WAS AT FAULT I would be charged. TECH was sent. Ounce i told him the problem he went straight outside did something and everything came on nothing inside was done. I had everything installed already prior to that. New service with a new $60 charge due to something outside not being connected o come on really. Will try to cancel service and return to direct tv. Thats like taking a new date out and charging her or him for a ride what a way to start good service but bad move
