Tech a no show / wire down 2 months

Long story short, outside wire has been down. Yesterday csr said tech would be there by 10pm. No show. Called last night- csr said tech would definitly be here today between 8 am & 10 pm. Waited all day...no show. No service again. Don't seem to have a problem billing me for no TV, no Internet. Worse customer service ever. What do you have to do to get wire reattached? Beyond frustrated.
