Taxes, Surcharges & Fees...

Over the last several months my Taxes, Surcharges & Fees has remained $0.94/month. Internet only. For June's billing, I now see that figure has increased to $10.35, of which $4.20 is a "service fee" and $6.15 is "tax & surcharge". So where did these suddenly come from? I had service techs here (in fact 4 times since April) and the service was up and down continually, so I got a partial refund for the degraded service, and for one tech call. Did I get taxed on the cost of the service visits?

Re: Taxes, Surcharges & Fees...

landers3, hmmm it could be taxes on a service rate change from previous months. Sounds like a billing error though. I'd be happy to take a look if you send me a private message with your account info like you did on your other thread.
