Tap Install halting my service installation

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get someone from construction to come out and install a tap at my new construction home. I have been given the run around for nealry a month. I just want this scheduled so that I can receive service. I have had two techs come out after being told the tap was done only to find out no one had come out to even look at the property nor had it ever been scheduled. Can someone please give me some answers and schedule a tap install so that I can get services soon.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi AtlantisM -- I can help with that tap construction. Please send me your name, contact information, and new address in a PM. I will work with construction on coming out to install this tap.
