I canceled phone and tv and kept only internet, but still being billed
Universal Connectivity Charge - $1.52
Regulatory Recovery Fees - $0.73
Regional Sports Fee - $5.00
Broadcast TV Fee - $7.00
TV Franchise Fee - $6.45
TV FCC Fee - $0.09
Voice Infrastructure Maintenance Fee - $0.21
Voice 911 Fee(s) - $0.87
Voice State and Local Excise Tax - $5.43
All these fee(s) and taxes are part of phone and tv not internet service
How do I get these charges removed from my bill, will it take more calls to customer service that take to long because they have to give their sales pitch and forget to complete their job, how can they still bill tv and voice fee(s) and taxes for a total of $27.30 when not getting any tv or voice services?
