TAKING TWO PAYMENTS OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT

I AM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER..........YOU TOOK OUT TWO PAYMENTS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT...WHICH LEFT ME WITH A $25.OO NSF CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT.  YOU CANNOT RETURN ONE PAYMENT FOR 7 TO 10 BUSSNES DAYS... I ALSO TALKED TO A REP. AND HE FINALLY TOLD ME THAT YOU WOULD PUT IT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY, WHICH WAS JAN. 19, 2018... WELL HE LIED TO ME CUZ IT WAS NEVER PUT BACK IN... I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT YOUR COMPANY STOPPED MY STARS ENCORE....... FOR WHAT REASON........I DO NOT KNOW...  THINGS OF THIS SORT MUST STOP...........
