Subscription Fees!!!!

Ive already chatted with 2 service reps about the amount it cost to have you as a provider. both responses were to give me a $15 discount!?!?!?! Youve recently increased rates again and now im paying almost $250 a month. I'm sorry but there is nothing that comes on tv worth $250 to me. there is all kind of deals online from around $59.99 to $150 that im interested in but im told that i dont qualify for them!?!? Well i'm sorry you feel that way about your long term customers but not to throw shade but verizon(company that i disliked and never thought i would go to)is doing everything they can think of to get me to come on over.Apartment is already setup for FIOS soooo Xfinity, do i make the switch or do you start treating me like the loyal customer ive always been.
