Submitted a serviceability request over 2 months ago

I submitted a serviceablilty request when I moved into my new townhouse 2 months ago. I'm curious what the timetable is for a tech to even come out to check. The rest of the townhouses around mine are still being built. Is there any way I can quicken the process? I really need internet.
