Southwest Collections for resolved bill issue

Hi,

 

I called into Comcast Customer Service when cancelling my service and the agent on the phone waived the last payment (I was signed up for an unauthorized contract and Comcast waived the payment as a result).

 

However, I recently received a Southwest Collections bill for my the same amount as the last payment with Comcast. This is an error on Comcast/Southwest's side. How can I get this resolved?
