Someone else logged into my email

I've been having a problem with someone accessing my email and using it to hack into my other accounts from websites. I have changed my password/secret question and added mobile number for extra security, but I am worried they are still able to refresh the inbox. Is there any way you could force a logout from all devices? I assume they were able to get in because my secret question was "who was your childhood bestfriend?" and you could easily guess the name by looking at facebook friends.
