I noticed people have problem with payment getting this message. I figure out you have to re-enter, re-process your payment and it work. I guess this may be programming issue on the website.
Hi Ksiaze43. Sometimes users may experiencing a loss of connection from the payment processing servers when attempting to submit a payment and have encountered this error. You have found the best workaround.

So the best workaround is to "keep trying until it works?" Are you serious?
This error has been there for over 5 months for me: every month I have to manually pay my bill, then laboriously set up automatic payment AGAIN, (and then AGAIN, usually several times). Then every month the automatic payment fails, and then we start again. It's maddening.
For what it's worth, I just switched browsers (from Chrome to Safari, I'm on a mac), and was able to set up auto-payments. Now we'll see if it actually works, next month...
