Signed up for auto payment - paperless billing but no discount applied

Have recently changed my plan and signed up for paperless billing and autopayment as it was told by Phone support personnel which will apply additional discount but autopayment have deducted full amount and no discount applied.

This doesn't show up until the second bill.
