Shady Business

I have been decieved I agreed with the sales rep for a special which includes tv, internet and home security for $89 before taxes. I am being charged $130 for basic cable which 4 boxes later and 1 week I am still watching Roku. Can't get the equipment or the billing right on none of the products.
