I recently tried to reduce my bill by downsizing my services. The thing is when I was quoted a price the price was higher with less. When I told the agent that I don't need all the extras due to leaving area soon, she laughed and told me that if I don't take the service with me I will be charged. It is like I am in a trap, whether I downsize or stay with what I pay my bill is still outrageous.
