I have been trying to get new service established for nearly 9 months. The construction department completed the work in December, but your system is still reflecting the address as not servicable. I have left 8-10 message over the last two months trying to get a returned call through customer service. The customer service agents keep stating that the construction department needs to update the file and that they will send a message for them to call me. I have never received a returned call. Please help!
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
