I have an HDdta but since march each month the HD channels keep disapearing.
I call in they say the HD technology fee has been removed from account ???? By quality control.
So I add it back. But this month they added back the HD technology fee 9.95 and a service with tv fee of 9.95
I simple want my locals in HD because I'm in a black hole for OTA
Been a customer for over 21 years but the last 4 months have been a major pain.
Can anyone help ?
