Service changes/Price hikes

I would like someone from the retention departmen to contact me.  My bill has gone up, again, and when I tried to live chat recently to downgrade serivces they told me there were no promotions.

 

I pay nearly $280 for service and this is way too high.  Your phone tree is customer unfriendly to say the least.
