Service change conformation?

earlier today i called and Negotiated a lower bill with the agent on the phone and they said i would get an email to show the services changed, i have yet to get this email, can any comcast employee check this for me? or is it normal for it to take day for it to arrive?  it shows the same plan in my profile.
