Service and pricing,

  I think it is truly pathetic the price I have to pay for the simplest of plans for the tv. I also get phone and internet and for what I pay for all this I should never ever go with out service of any type. It goes out way too often and it is getting quite frustrating especially if I am on a very important phone call because my husband is gravely ill. I have been a long time customer and customer service does not seem to be this compny's strong hold. I am so over it I am now searching for something that will suit my needs and won't gouge price me. Who knows I might get lucky and never have dropped service ever again too.
