Service Outage

Hello customer support team,


I am experiencing an outage that has lasted around 12 hours now and I work from home.  Will I be reimbursed for this?  I am not very happy with the amount of time this has been down and I am concerned about being able to get my work done at this point because its still down.

Same here. Total outage in Lauderhill FL. I also work from home. Down since 6 am EST
