Service Discounts Removed

After checking my recent bill, I see that it has increased again.  In March, the self-service discount of $19.95 for signing up for EcoBill and AutoPay was removed.  Now, with the May bill, the $9.95 service discount on HD Technology Fee was removed. My monthly bill has now increased by 72% in just two months!  Why was this other discount removed and can it be reinstated?  I live on disability and this steep increase is killing me. Please help.
