Sent to collection falsely

The customer service at xfinity was completely useless in helping me with my account. I canceled my service as was charged an additonal $200 falsely after I returned equipment and had all service disconnected. I paid my last bill , called and canceled my service. I had to call three times to get service canceled . I kept getting run around and phone was disconnected by verizon but I was receiving bill for the following month. I called and they claimed when equipment was returned the balance would then go to zero. Well after receiving my equipment xfinity had a $208 charge showing from the month we we went back and forth with my calls trying to get straight. All reps claiming they had no notes as to my conversation. My account was sent falsely to collections and I want this problem corrected immediately. I still get solicitation regularly from you company because you want to me to leave verizon and come back. How can I do that with a company that I dont trust, gives me the run around, and quite frankly have liers as customer service reps. I am reading your forum posts and there are many cases like mine. I feel this is a disgrace what you company is doing to innocent consumers.
