Security equipment return

I’ve been being charged for 1 year of 300.00 a month for equipment for cable and home security.

that equipment was returned at a location drop box that is no longer a location.

had no idea it was being auto charged until a rep came by to offer new system at different home.

need help to resolve please

I can assist with submitting an Equipment Research ticket to our Inventory team, so we can review the serial numbers for your equipment. Please send me a private message and include your full name, recent Comcast service address, and Comcast account number so I can access your account.
