Scheduling Move/Service aTransfer but don't want installation

So I'm tying to schedule my move/change of service online and once I try to finish there is no choice but to select an installation date for $60. Why? I don't need help installing, it takes two seconds, so why spend the money and wait several weeks for an installation appointment, it is absurd. The new apartment I'm moving to is set up for Comcast, previous tenant had it. Is there anyway I can bypass this hassle? I just want the service changed to the new apartment, I don't want installation!
