Safety Issue

Hello, I had a dispatch today to my vacation home to address a tree that was falling and was attached to Comcast cable (as an anchor). I am unclear if they left the tree in a condition that may pose a danger to people walking or driving down the street. Is there away to escalate an issue based on public safety?

Comcast will only remove the cable.  You will need to contact a tree removal service to deal with the falling tree.

Re: Safety Issue

Call your local non-emergency police number and report the safety issue.
