SUPRISED RAISED MY BILL Terrible Customer Phone Service

MY BILL went up without any notification to me. I'm a senior living on a very limitied income. My bill went up to $55.59 per month and I didn't catch it for 3 months. That is a BIG hunk of my income.  No conversation, no signing by me nothing just a bill for them to whizzle out more from my meager savings. Trying to have a phone conversation with some uneducated young girl who is reading a script is ridiculous. 0 customer service.  I may just leave them with the bill unpaid if they don't readjust it and move to another company. I guess if they can get an extra $10 or $12. per person times by five - million it really adds up.   
They could choose to run an honest, clean company but they don't.
