STILL can't manage my plan online? Forcing a customer to call.

Is there a particular reason this issue still has not been fixed? It has been MONTHS!

Why does Xfinity even have a "Manage My Plan" in the first place if it never works, or it is a pathetic attempt to try an upsell?

Verizon Fios even allowed me to manage my plan online and their user interface is garbage. 

 

 

And before someone lies and responds with "this is a known issue we are working on it" A search shows this issue has been going on for over a year!

Depending on your services you may not be able to manage your account online. An employee here would be happy to help you if you like though. Just tell them what you want and they will send you a message with available options. Would you like me to ask an employee to help you?

Dealing with your phone reps is a nightmare.

 

So, no thank you! Fix your broken website instead.
