SLOW INTERNET PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED

THE XFINITY NIGHTMARE
:CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM RESOLUTIONS-THE WORST NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE ANY CUSTOMER CAN HAVE:
FOR 4 days our internet speed has been slow or negligible. We pay for blast High Speed.
Xfinity sent service guy to our home. After 1 hour of checking their equipment, outside wiring, modem, etc, we were told the problem was at Comcast and to call them. We did, and no one has been able to resolve the problem.. Worse yet, we have been cut off 5 times after reaching someone to solve the situation!! ATT and others are looking good right now, compared to Comcast 👈🏿
