Rewriting job not done right

We moved into a house and the cable wasn’t working. When they can out to service they said all the lines in the house are 30 year old lines that won’t work with Xfinity service. All our cable lines are currently buried in our yard and enter the house thru conduits in each room. When they required they removed a few icees from out outside cable box as well.

They guy came and buried out line a couple days ago and I didn’t honk anything of it. I just went to check that my sump pump was kicking out water and noticed the conduit was open!

The tech didn’t run the line through the conduit line like I had expected.

I am noooot happy! It looks horrible and now I have an open hole in the side of my house!!!!

When I checked the box too there was a mess of pieces left all on the ground!!! So glad my dog didn’t get to any of it and try eating it!
