Reward offer

I started service on 1/22/2018. I know it takes 90 days after install. Well I'm in past those 90 days and it's telling me my account is not found. Why? Where is my reward? Can anyone help?

T-Man17, you have to have the promotion on your account for 90 days. After that time, the card will ship in 4-6 weeks as long as your account was also in good standing during that time. 

 

 

When using the xfinityrewardcenter.com website, try using your account number rather than your phone number to pull up your eligibility.

I did used my account number but it's still telling me it's not found.
