Returned equipment

I returned a TV box back on 5/16. I am wondering when the return will be done processing and when I will see the $9.95 fee removed from my bill.

Since you already return the box, and if your next month's billing statement hasn't been received yet, it's likely this charge has already been removed and prorated. You just can't see that until your next month's bill.
