I am trying to return equipment to comcast. I have moved out of state and have the equipment with me. I was told prior to my move that they would send return boxes for the equipment to my new address in Nevada since there were no comcast service centers in the Las Vegas area. I have contacted customer service 3 times via phone and they have been no help, they had informed me a week ago that they were re sending return boxes for the equipment. I still have not recieved any return boxes or an address where I can mail this equipment to. In my latest call I was told to go online to comcast.com/return which i did and that was not the right url but I did manage to find a page to request equipment boxes only to find out that they could not ship these boxes to any address but the service address. To add insult to injury the I noted the most recent bill dated June 4th comcast is trying to bill me $700 for this equipment I have been trying to return. The customer service I have recieved since beoming a comcast customer has been a nightmare from the begining and has only gotten worse. I just want to return this equipment and be done with comcast. Please inform me of how this can be done. I will provide a box I will pay the postage just give me an address of where I can mail this equipment to.

A Comcast problem resolution specialist should contact you to follow up. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular phone or chat customer service reps.
